Fenton Board adopts zoning correction for 242 Ballyhack Road

The resolution was moved by Councilman Thomas Moss, seconded by Councilman Thomas Cook, and the roll call vote recorded Councilmen Cook, Moss, Pray and Supervisor Gunster as aye; Councilman Michael Husar was absent.
Town Attorney Richard H. Miller III explained that the change responds to a mapping discrepancy on the county GIS that did not reflect the 2014 rezoning. The Board instructed that the County be provided the adopted resolution to update mapping records; the correction formalizes the property’s zoning status for any future expansion or permit applications.
