The Wilbur Town Council approved the consent agenda at its Feb. 3 meeting, which included payroll checks 28955 – 28969 in the amount of $20,287.89 dated January 26, 2026 and accounts payable checks 28970 – 28982 in the amount of $28,017.20 dated February 3, 2026. The council also approved the minutes from the Jan. 20, 2026 regular session.
Rich Jaeger moved the motion to approve the consent agenda and Shawn Phelps seconded. "All were in favor," and the motion passed. Members present were Mayor Erica Hearrean, Mayor Pro Tem John Hanon, Council Members Shawn Phelps and Rich Jaeger, and Joel Krause (attending via Zoom).
