Wilbur council approves payroll and accounts-payable items on consent agenda

Council member Joel Krause moved to approve the consent agenda, which included payroll checks 28884–28914 in the amount of $25,246.88, voided checks 28883 and 28897, accounts-payable checks 28881, 28882, 28915 and 28916 totaling $294,635.96, and accounts-payable checks 28917–28925 totaling $30,410.68. Joel Krause made the motion and Roy Scheibner seconded; the council approved the consent agenda with all in favor.
Also approved were the minutes from the regular council session on Dec. 16, 2025. The approval cleared routine administrative business and allowed the council to proceed with new and old business on the Jan. 6 agenda.
