Summary
At the May 26 meeting the Kane County RDA approved the Feb. 11, 2025 minutes by voice vote and tabled consideration of releasing TIF funds to the Zion Mountain Local Service District for further coordination.

2) Motion to table TIF release: The Chair moved to table consideration of releasing TIF funds to the Zion Mountain Local Service District so staff and the district could coordinate. The motion carried on a voice vote and the board directed staff to convene a coordination meeting and report back with a plan for resolving delinquent taxes and any agreement amendments.
