Montgomery DRB defers minutes approval and considers Robert's Rules; seeks alternate members

At its Dec. 11 meeting the Montgomery Development Review Board postponed approval of Nov. 19 minutes, agreed to review a proposal to adopt Robert's Rules of Order for small boards, and said it will ask the town to advertise for alternate DRB members.
The Montgomery Development Review Board postponed approval of the Nov. 19, 2025 meeting minutes after board member Barry Kade asked to read the minutes and asked that approval be moved to the next meeting.
During other business Barry moved to adopt Robert's Rules of Order for small boards; Chair Parma Jewett said she would review the proposed rules and bring the matter back at a future meeting, and no vote was taken. Parma also said she would contact Charlie Hancock to request that the alternate board position be advertised so the DRB can recruit additional members. No formal action on Roberts Rules or on alternate appointments was recorded in the minutes.
