The EDA discussed appointments to a noise ordinance committee the Board of Supervisors established on June 2 but had not yet filled.
Mr. Funkhouser reported the committee exists but that appointments were pending; Anton Webre said he wanted someone from the marine industries represented and recommended Brian Miller Sr. as a candidate. Chairman John Anzivino said he would contact Mr. Miller and follow up with the Board of Supervisors to recommend his inclusion on the prospective appointment list.
No formal EDA appointment power was recorded; the EDA agreed to provide recommendations to the Board of Supervisors for consideration.
