Project Access records first slip-rental revenue; board reviews infrastructure needs

Board members discussed ongoing pump-out system repairs and a proposed water meter for slips owned by the EDA that currently receive service from Norview Marina. Mr. Heyman raised the possibility of future grant funding to construct a separate waterline to serve those slips.
The board also approved removal of remaining dilapidated entrance fences by acclamation and asked staff to pursue cost estimates and possible grant options for water-line work and related infrastructure.
