Commission hears updates on litigation funding and road projects; secures state and federal support

The commissioner said completing currently funded projects will be necessary before requesting additional state funds for other priorities.
The commission encouraged staff to continue legislative work to refine relevant state statutes and to follow up on project timelines and environmental review where required.
