Karina Maldonado, senior community planner, said the continuance was requested so the parties could finalize a shared‑access agreement related to site access and conditions of approval.
A motion to continue to May 6 carried after a second and public comment was opened but no additional speakers asked to be heard. Staff noted they and the applicant are working to resolve outstanding access issues before the rescheduled hearing.
