"It matches most of the other contracts that we've had with Maxwell's," Chris said during the contract review. Legal review was noted and commissioners moved to approve the contract as presented. Staff and the attorney said they would incorporate additional procurement improvements into future RFPs and contracts as needed.
The contract approval clears the way for the tourism office remodel to proceed; staff said they expect the rec center and remodel work to be finished by the end of the year under current scheduling.
