"They received all the termination agreements from all the entities that are required," Patty said when describing the request. The county attorney confirmed the statutory findings necessary to support the ordinance were listed in the staff report. Commissioners voted in favor by voice vote with no public opposition recorded during the hearing.
The ordinance was approved as a routine land-use action subject to the findings in the staff report; no appeals or conditions were announced at the meeting.
