Staff said the requested action would vacate the treatment area and establish a new easement following construction. The council opened and closed the hearing with no public speakers and voted to approve resolution 2026‑69, moving the project forward under updated stormwater requirements.
Council members acknowledged the plans and voted in favor of the resolution; staff will process the easement documents and updated site plans as recorded in the packet.
