The Tonkawa City Council voted Dec. 16 to remove the $5 fee imposed by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics & Dangerous Drugs Control from applicable municipal citations, citing changes in state law. Councilman Brandt Harris moved to approve the removal; the motion was seconded and passed by the council.
