The adopted resolution states the city will use Bridge Replacement funds to participate and that the city’s 20% match is a required local contribution. The council recorded the action as passed 5-0 during Action Items. Related traffic-sign updates (Resolution 2-9-26A) and annual-fee schedule updates (Resolution 2-9-26B) were tabled to the March meeting for additional review.
The council’s action commits Milbank to the reinspection schedule and to the budgetary match; staff will coordinate with SDDOT and Banner Associates on scheduling and federal approvals.
