Trustee Hoheisel seeks further review of three CSBA policy items; Board waives second reading on others

As the Board's CSBA policy liaison, Trustee Andrea Hoheisel reported she reviewed the proposed mandated and optional Board Policies and Administrative Regulations and met with administration to address questions. She recommended waiving the second reading and approving the policies overall but asked that three items receive additional review: AR 5145.3 (Nondiscrimination/Harassment), AR 6145.2 (Athletic Competition) and Exhibit 1113-E(1) (District and School Websites).
Hoheisel said she wants additional time for trustees to read those policies and to discuss them with administration. The Board agreed to the waivers for the other policies and carried the motion 5-0 (RES. 25-187).
