Members were reminded to submit outstanding oaths of office and source-of-income forms so they are eligible to vote and participate. "You would only have to make sure that the AI and the notes are correct and that the motions are captured," Isabelle said, describing the proposed division of labor between the AI and the human secretary.
The chair thanked Oliver for volunteering and asked staff to confirm the process and communications. No formal long-term commitment was made; members treated the appointment as a short-term volunteer trial to assess accuracy and administrative fit. Staff will circulate confirmation of the assignment and follow up on outstanding paperwork prior to the next meeting.
