On March 9 the Milbank City Council adopted Resolution 3-9-29B to revise the Master Fee Schedule for city services. The resolution removes the sale of flags and maps and jet-vac truck/trailer services from the schedule and eliminates fees tied to pet licensing, boarding and related fines.
The resolution lists numerous updated fees: community room $50 (<4 hrs)/$100 (>4 hrs); fire call charges ranging from $100 per tanker to $500 first hour; retail on-sale liquor $1,200; transport fees to Aberdeen $325, Sioux Falls $410 and Yankton $670; and rubble/yard-waste rates varying by vehicle type. Council set aside discussion on fees for food truck vendors and approved the amended schedule 5-0.
