The resolution (RES.25-234) passed on a 5-0 vote with Trustee Zufall moving and Trustee Bridges seconding. The waiver is intended to speed procurement and repair processes under emergency provisions; the minutes record that the Board—s general consensus supported the waiver request. The Board did not report additional closed-session actions at reconvening.
