Board directs solicitor to negotiate stormwater cash contribution; Special Event ordinance review tabled

Separately, the Board reviewed and authorized advertising an amendment to the LIC‑1 & LIC‑2 Change of Tenant Ordinance (motion by Stefan Laessig to advertise; second by Dottie Diehl; vote 5‑0).
