Presenters emphasized both education and grant alignment: Kevin (a grant manager) urged early outreach to regional hubs and universities to qualify for workforce and climate‑tech funding. The board asked organizers to continue developing structure and to coordinate with the Chamber to formalize the council and begin outreach and pilot events.
