Separately, LTL recommended a reduction in the Glenwood Chase Improvement Guaranty Bond by $110,524.66; the Board approved the recommended reduction on motion by Tim Woodward (vote 5‑0). These actions were recorded in the Engineer's report portion of the meeting minutes.
