Board retains committee lineup, appoints David Grubb and notes new road crew hire

At the Jan. 14 meeting the board voted 4-0 to keep committee appointments the same as in 2024. Assignments include Ben Fiorito on Budget & Finance, Dottie Diehl on Personnel, Stefan Laessig for Open Space/Parks & Recreation and other standing committee posts.
Personnel Committee chair Dottie Diehl reported that a new road crew member, Adam Sine, recently began working for the township and is doing well. In Old Business the board reappointed David Grubb to the Upper Hanover Authority Board for a five-year term running Jan. 1, 2025 through Dec. 31, 2029; the appointment passed unanimously.
Why it matters: Committee continuity and the reappointment support ongoing workstreams for municipal services and regional planning. The new hire addresses staffing needs in the Road Department.
