Under old business the board accepted the 2025 services proposal from John Miller & Son, Inc. for recycling collection and services. The acceptance was moved by Ben Fiorito, seconded by Stefan Laessig, and approved unanimously.
The board also adopted Resolution #2025-04 to restate the township’s 2025 tax rates to correct a rounding error. Additionally, the board authorized the advertisement of a revised Stormwater Management Pollution Reduction Plan prepared by LTL Consultants. Each action was approved by unanimous vote and recorded in the minutes as part of routine business.
These actions update municipal service contracts, correct tax-rate reporting, and begin the public-advertisement step for a revised stormwater plan prepared by township consultants.
