The board awarded multiple contracts for roadwork and related equipment as part of its Feb. 11 consent actions. The Cape Seal & Ultrathin Micro Bond contract was awarded to Asphalt Maintenance Solutions with listed estimates including $177,120 for an 18,000‑SY Ultra‑Thin Micro Bond wearing course, $49,800 for a 20,000‑SY single bituminous seal coat, and $69,800 for a 20,000‑SY Type II slurry seal. Equipment rental contracts were awarded to Yarnall Paving, Inc. and Sacks & Sons with estimated amounts of $59,250 and $59,660 respectively. Road material contracts for asphalt and aggregates were awarded to Heidelberg Materials and Martin Stone Quarries with the estimated plant pickup and delivered costs recorded in the minutes.
Separately under Old Business the board adopted Resolution No. 2025‑14 re‑adopting the 2025 Master Fee Schedule after discussion. The resolution sets the Residential Driveway Permit Fee at $160, the Commercial Sign Permit Fee at $425 without electric and $610 with electric, and sets residential and commercial zoning permit fees at $110.
