Board approves bridge closure, contractor payments and multiple escrow releases

The board approved the P&B Release of Security #3 for $554,312.56 and Geryville Pike Self Storage Escrow Release Request #3; both motions passed 4-0. A request from Fox Clearing, LLC for Public Improvements Bond Reduction #5 was denied because it duplicated a prior request. The solicitor will follow up on a Kershner Tract planning escrow release that is being held up by a builder agreement question.
