Board re-elects Steven Rothenberger as chair and confirms officer slate for 2025

The Upper Hanover Township Board of Supervisors reappointed Steven R. Rothenberger as chair for 2025 during its organizational meeting on Jan. 6, 2025. Township Manager Anne W. Klepfer served as chairperson pro tem during the election. A motion by Tim Woodward to appoint Rothenberger, seconded by Stefan Laessig, carried 4-0.
The board also confirmed a full slate of officers: Ben Fiorito was appointed vice-chair and assistant treasurer, and Dottie Diehl was appointed assistant secretary. Each officers' appointment was moved, seconded and approved unanimously. The meeting record notes the votes as 4-0 for each motion. These officer selections set the township's leadership and authorized signatory combinations for the year.
