Council approves Lakeview Park surfacing contracts in 4–1 vote

Commissioners Michael Sullivan, President Schmidt, Potter and Chase voted to approve the motion; Commissioner Jeremy Newnam voted against it. The council did not specify an installation start date in the minutes.
