He advised that the county could leave Exhibit B blank now (which determines who takes the lead on specific tasks) and finalize details later.
Commissioners asked the official to resend documents to county staff and to include the county clerk so the item can be agendized. The official said the matter could wait until next Tuesday's meeting if needed and that he would follow up by sending the materials he had shared with other counties.
Commissioner 4 raised concern about the tone of the notice email and asked the agency to consider a more collaborative approach in communications; the agency official agreed to pass that feedback on.
