Commissioner Michael Sullivan moved to adjust Ms. Howell's bill for the sewer portion using the Town's policy formula and to create a three-month payment plan; Commissioner Walter Chase seconded and the motion was recorded as unanimously approved. The Council directed staff to apply the policy calculation and set up the payment plan as described in the minutes.
