The ordinance was read at the Dec. 4 public hearing and adopted by unanimous vote (Commissioner Newnam moved; Commissioner Potter seconded).
Attorney Ryan and staff indicated the notes provide interim financing while the town pursues final financing sources; no public comment was received during the hearing.
