Council advances Judy's Kitchen liquor-license change to second reading

Council member White moved to advance the ordinance to second reading and the motion was seconded and approved; the council also voted to allow discussion at the second reading. No substantive objections were raised at first reading. Staff noted Judy's Kitchen plans to collaborate with a local brewer for a signature product and that representatives were present to answer questions at the second reading if council desired.
