Tyler Cleeton moved to enter closed session; Richelle Gobel seconded. A roll call vote recorded Richelle, Jay, Michael, Josh T. and Tyler voting yes and the motion carried 5-0.
The minutes show the board left closed session at 7:21 p.m. after a motion by Michael McKeown (seconded by Tyler Cleeton) with a unanimous roll-call vote, and then Tyler moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:21 p.m.; Jay Hill seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
