City staff: DOT contractor to mow 701 Bypass medians; city to seek reimbursement and partner on roundabout stormwater work

Staff also said the city and DOT are partnering on stormwater and runoff improvements connected to a new downtown roundabout slated for construction, and that more information will be shared with council as planning advances. The update emphasized an ongoing interagency partnership to improve drainage downtown and more timely maintenance of the bypass medians.
