The board moved and seconded to approve both agreements together: $28,750 for the Birch Springs Draw project and $9,080 for the Crouse Canyon/Pot Creek project. Commissioners noted the agreements run the county's fiscal year term (July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027) and asked staff to correct an administrative issue with the payment address that used an airport address instead of the county's payment address.
Commissioners thanked staff for preparing the contracts and directed routine administrative follow-up to correct attachments and address forms of conflict of interest listed in the documents.
