County staff: UDOT will review revised RV dump plans; town may proceed at its own risk during appeal

"So now that the conditional use permit was approved, we've started making the adjustments to the plans from what the original design was... we're hoping kind of this week, maybe into next, that we'll have those finished into UDOT for their review," Jeff said. He added UDOT reviewed the original design and will re-review the changes, and may request further adjustments before granting approval.
County staff (County attorney) and commissioners discussed sequencing: staff explained that a PNZ approval triggers a right to appeal and that the town could proceed with work but would assume financial liability for any work done if an appeal later overturns the permit. Commissioners emphasized the prudence of waiting for UDOT acceptance before major construction.
