City Recorder Nicole Tritten provided supporting financial materials to the council, including cash deposits, bank statements, reconciliations and profit-and-loss reports as part of a financial review that was otherwise cut for time. The council did not record any dissenting votes; Councilors Dylan Cheatham and Linda M. Love were absent.
