The meeting packet and attendance were read aloud; those present included Trustee Pamela Que, Trustee Matt L'Esperance, Trustee Ariele Pizzo, Trustee Kelly Ryan, Trustee Bernice Smith, Trustee James Tercha, Clerk Lori Weir, Village Manager Megan Haselden and Attorney Paul Slough (via Zoom).
According to the minutes, Village Manager Megan Haselden "requested closed session as this is a personnel matter regarding her position." Trustee Pamela Que moved to go into closed session at 6:05 p.m.; Trustee James Tercha seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously: "Motion Carried 7/0."
