Staff also reported a proposed seafood restaurant, Captain Ihab, at 193 Main Street with no special‑use filing yet and contractor difficulties delaying progress (SEG 017–018). Barnyard has a certificate of occupancy but needs a Special Use Permit and staff are working on new signage. Trustees were asked to provide input on tent permits and fee structures and staff noted restaurants will be inspected annually while other businesses will be inspected every three years.
