SCOE staff to return SPSA plans for Golden Hills and Evergreen Academy for board approval in December

"That percentage rate that you see of the 41 percent represents a 4 year time span," Dr. Garrett said when addressing a trustee’s question about a 41.7% versus a 94.1% graduation-rate figure; he explained reporting nuances for alternative-education campuses and federal reporting requirements.
Trustees praised the programs and asked clarifying questions about data reporting; staff said they would follow up with additional documentation and will place the SPSA on the December agenda for action.
