"This is a preliminary report and Elite has 30 days within which to remedy any noted areas in need of attention," the presenter said.
A trustee commented the photos in the packet made the material feel "very punitive," and staff reported they had notified the charter operator in advance and received an acknowledgment that corrective steps were underway. Trustees discussed the timing of remedies and agreed staff should monitor follow-up actions and report progress to the board.
