Citing the mitigation chart and the fact the owner had since achieved compliance, a board member moved to mitigate the outstanding lien to the $15,000 minimum for a commercial property. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The clerk instructed staff to prepare an order reflecting the reduction and to notify the property manager of the compliance conditions and next steps.
