Council reviewed a volunteer proposal to install 'children at play' signs on Quillen and Hamilton.
Bucky told the council he had spoken with multiple homeowners who agreed to host signs and proposed a layout with signs on both sides of the road and at midpoints near the school. He estimated roughly 11 signs and said the per-sign installed cost (sign, post, bolts and concrete) was approximately $1,500–$2,000; he promised to return with exact price quotes at the next meeting.
Members thanked Bucky for organizing property approvals and asked staff to include a firm cost estimate and a recommended installation plan on the next agenda.
