Mayor Pro Tem honors Talley Concierge Medicine as December business of the month

In his remarks Black praised the practice's patient-centered approach and said the model "offers extended visit times, same day access, and direct communication options that go beyond the typical doctor's visit." Dr. Janine Talley accepted the recognition and told the council, "I couldn't do this by myself... it really does take a village to be able to offer this comprehensive primary care that's really patient focused." The certificate noted the recognition date as 12/03/2025.
Council and the mayor applauded the practice and invited the mayor and council to the clinic's upcoming community event. The recognition was ceremonial; no council action was required.
