Colusa County Board of Education adopts 2026 meeting schedule, president rotation and liaison assignments

At its Dec. 10 meeting the Colusa County Board of Education completed annual organizational business, approving a President Rotation Schedule, the 2026 Schedule of Regular Meetings, and 2026–27 liaison assignments.
Ed Conrado moved to accept the President Rotation Schedule; Diana Lytal seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The Board then voted to accept the 2026 meeting calendar (moved by Ed Conrado, seconded by Madison Martin) and to set liaison assignments for 2026–27 (moved by Ed Conrado, seconded by Serena Morrow).
Later in the meeting the Board unanimously approved a motion to cancel the Dec. 11 contingency meeting; the motion was moved by Serena Morrow and seconded by Cristy Edwards. The Board listed the next regular meeting as Jan. 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Colusa large conference room.
