Trustee Jack Thornburg asked whether staff continue to seek more competitive vendors during the year; Von Flue replied they do search for cheaper vendors throughout the year.
The board approved the vendor lists and contract renewals for technology and services (Aeries, Frontline, Parsec, and others) that were presented during the meeting. Approvals allow the district to proceed with purchases and to use active piggyback technology contracts for streamlined procurement.
