Alex Evans, on behalf of Technology Services, explained that identified devices were either "damaged beyond repair or obsolete because of salvaging the devices for usable parts, not worth investing in repair, or are no longer supported." After discussion, the Board approved disposal of the listed inventory. The motion was moved by Diana Lytal, seconded by Madison Martin, and carried four ayes with one absence (Serena Morrow).
Staff indicated the items will be removed from the inventory list and disposed of in accordance with district procedures for device disposal. No further budgetary action was recorded at this meeting.
