The Council adopted Ordinance No. 3267, which repeals and replaces Chapter 5.05 of the North Las Vegas Municipal Code governing licensing of ambulance and other mobile medical service providers. The ordinance updates definitions, application procedures and clarified duties and exemptions for providers.
Councilmember (speaker 3) moved for final adoption and the motion passed. The new code language and administrative procedures will be implemented by the city’s licensing and public safety divisions in accordance with the ordinance schedule.
