The motion passed with all five trustees voting yes: B. Bigelow; J. Hutchens; S. Waltner; J. Thornburg; E. Parish. The board later approved the Williams Quarterly Report (no complaints filed) and the J-13A request allowing attendance recovery for March 6, 13 and 14, 2025 due to hazardous driving conditions.
Other formal approvals included a board motion to change Chawanakee Adult School’s local credit requirement to the state minimum (see separate article) and to authorize purchases of computers for Adult Ed and media equipment for Minarets High School (CTE funds). Each motion was moved and seconded as recorded in the minutes and carried by unanimous roll call. The board recessed to closed session at 7:52 PM and reconvened at 8:55 PM with no reportable action, then adjourned.
