Westminster posts workshop notice; presentation on utility and capital projects filed for the record

The City of Westminster posted notice of its Feb. 10 special budget workshop on westminstersc.org and on the Westminster Fire Department door at least 24 hours before the meeting, and parties who requested notification received an emailed agenda. The meeting began at 4:00 pm with Mayor Brian Ramey presiding.
City Administrator Kevin Bronson presented a PowerPoint review of the Utility Fund and Capital Projects Fund and said the presentation was attached for the record. He described the workshop as an opportunity for council to provide guidance and input so staff could incorporate that feedback into a balanced budget. The session closed at 5:24 pm after a motion to adjourn by Dale Glymph, seconded by Adam Dunn.
