Eric described a proposed three‑year extension with North Kansas City Beverage that would provide $4,000 per season to be split "three ways, 1,500 to the city, 1,500 to the nights, and 1,000 to Jesse James Festival." He said the three‑year contract allows an opt‑out before December 31 of each season if a party wants to renegotiate.
